PLEASE READ BEFORE OPENING. The cell antenna is a passive device designed to capture stray radiation in the body of the phone and to re-radiate the signal to improve the phone's performance. The antenna will work most efficiently when installed properly and when using the phone, try to avoid placing your hand over the area where the internal antenna is installed. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. 1. Remove the battery from your phone. 2. Wipe the battery compartment with a clean dry cloth to remove any fingerprints or dirt. 3. Remove the yellow backing from the internal antenna and be careful not to leave any fingerprints. You may find tweezers helpful in this process. 4. Press the internal antenna into the body of the phone towards the side where the fixed antenna enters the phone. Be careful installing the internal antenna in the battery compartment and do not let it touch any circuit boards or metal contacts on the body of the phone. 5. Put back the battery. VALIDITY. The cell antenna is generally not effective under extreme heat pr moisture, however, users are advised to protect the antenna from physical damage like scratches. Under normal use, the internal antenna will have an 18 months life span.
