Report a User

Online shopping should be fun and easy. Unfortunately, some online buyers and sellers can be difficult to deal with, and if you suspect that someone has breached the terms and conditions, please report it to us immediately throughCustomer Support.

Please include all relevant information such as a screenshot(s) to support your complain and the name of the user. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Here are two things you can do aside from reporting them:

  1. Leave the seller or buyer a negative review.
  2. Contact the seller directly to get the problem resolved. A negative review won't always be enough to get a seller to remove an item from their store, especially if it has high sales numbers. In some cases, you may have to talk to them directly to get their attention and resolve the issue.
